- iPhone uses a version of Apple's Safari browser, customized for iPhone. This includes support for iPhone's "pinch" and double-tap zoom interface methods.
- Can I sync with my Mac or PC's bookmarks, using tools such as iSync?
- Yes, Safari on Mac and PC, or Internet Explorer on Windows. iTunes provides the synchronization service.
- Does it support Flash and Java?
- No.
- Does Safari support RSS feeds, like Safari for Mac and Windows?
- No, however, Apple has created a web browser-based RSS reader at reader.mac.com. When you select an RSS feed from a web page link or your bookmarks, iPhone invokes this reader.
- Can you download and store songs, movies, text files, PDF's, etc?
- No.
- Does the iPhone support QuickTime and/or QuickTime VR in Safari?
- No.
